Subscription Pens (4 Pens)

No additional discounts will be allowed on the Subscription Options. If using a code please place order separately or as a one time purchase. 

Every month we will drop a new limited collection of pens consisting of 5 designs all related to each other. Pens shipped out will be at random unless you purchase the option for all 5 pens, as this will be the complete set.

Pens may be purchased once or monthly via subscription. The cut off date to order is the 9th and the pens will ship out the following week from the 10th-12th. To ensure you receive your order monthly, please make sure the subscription option is chosen.

Please keep in mind colors may vary slightly due to different screen resolutions

• No two of our handmade products are exactly alike; each boasting its own individual and distinctive qualities. 
• J&D Custom Crafts pen order potentially may contain slight flaws, since each piece is crafted by hand. Returns will not be accepted for minor blemishes, though substantial blemishes will be amended.
• No cancellations, returns, refunds or exchanges are permitted due to the nature of our products; however, if you experience difficulties with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase via email at info@jdcustomcrafts.com and we'll do our best to resolve the issue.
• Within 24 hours of delivery, reach out to us if an error on our part caused any issues with your item and we'll repair it free of charge. Conversely, should shipping harm the product, we'd need to proceed with filing a claim and providing images of the box and item.
• Flat rate shipping is available, for which the buyer is responsible for associated expenses. USPS is responsible for their handling of the package/product; in case of any issues, please contact our team and we will provide assistance.
